Tribe Tampere is launching Startup Rocket, a new 3-month incubator program for early-stage startup founders who want to develop their business with clarity, confidence and support from others on a similar path.

Startup Rocket is designed for startups that are still shaping their product, business model or direction and want a structured way to move forward without losing the human side of building a company. We’ll remove obstacles through practical support, clear next steps, and warm introductions to the people who can help you make progress. All you need is the courage to act.

What Startup Rocket offers

Startup Rocket combines structured peer support, expert-led sessions and AI workshops into a practical program that supports both the business and the people building it.

During the program, participating startup founders will:

  • Take part in weekly retrospective and peer mentoring, helping founders to track progress and get concrete feedback.

  • Join monthly reflection sessions focused on turning insights into concrete priorities and actions.

  • Learn how to use AI tools and agents to support thinking, learning, testing and everyday startup decisions.

  • Get access to a practical resource library and sparring sessions to help with early-stage startup development.

  • Build meaningful connections with other founders, potential customers, investors and the wider startup ecosystem.

The focus is on steady progress: testing ideas, learning from experience and making better decisions over time  with support built into your weekly rhythm. Our goal is for you to spend more time building your startup, while we reduce friction and step in with practical support when you hit blockers.

A human-centered approach to startup development

At Tribe Tampere, we know that startups don’t grow in isolation. Startup Rocket is built around belonging, trust and shared learning.

The program creates space for:

  • Honest conversations with other founders who understand the uncertainty of early-stage entrepreneurship

  • Building confidence and competence through reflection, feedback and small wins

  • Developing as a founder, not just as a business

You don’t need to have everything figured out, just the willingness to show up and move forward.

Who should apply?

Startup Rocket is for:

  • Early-stage startups with a Y-tunnus

  • Founders who are past the idea phase but still developing their business

  • Teams looking for structure, feedback and community during an important early growth phase
