Chaired companies such as Cinia, Columbia Road, Chipmetrics, Coleaders, Inderes, Heltti, Cabforce, Readpeak, Booxmedia, Hibox, Prodeko Ventures. Prior to Redstone: CEO of Nasdaq Helsinki traded Tecnotree, COO of FOX Mobile part of NewsCorp, VP Operations at First Hop, and Head of Strategy & Business Development at Nokia Networks.

Mikael Myllymäki

Investor at Redstone

Mikael Myllymäki is an Investor at Redstone, bringing deep functional expertise in corporate venture across a variety of both internal and external innovation roles. He possesses proven sector expertise in Energy Tech and adjacent domains, giving him a specialized edge in navigating the evolving energy landscape. Prior to joining the Redstone team, Mikael ran Helen Ventures, the corporate venture capital (CVC) arm of the Helsinki-based energy company Helen.

Miikka Miettinen

 Syndicate Manager at FiBAN

As Syndicate Manager at the Finnish Business Angels Network (FiBAN), Miikka Miettinen offers founders insider insight into how angel syndicates evaluate, structure, and close early-stage deals. Having previously served as a startup COO (DaySave, Grib) and deal flow manager, Miikka understands both sides of the table. He leverages this blend of operational and investor experience to help founders succeed in their funding strategy, navigate investor conversations, and pitch with precision.

Henri Isohanni

Investment Manager at Redstone

Henri Isohanni is an Investment Manager at Redstone VC with an extensive background in European venture capital, growth equity, and corporate law. He specializes in digital energy and B2B SaaS verticals, having served as a board observer for 15 companies and led investment processes across Europe. Prior to Redstone, Henri was in the investment teams of Helen Ventures and 3TS Capital Partners. He also spent several years as an M&A and Private Equity Associate at Borenius, a top-tier law firm. Henri holds an MBA from IESE Business School and an LL.M. from the University of Helsinki.

Antto Piirainen is an Investor at Redstone Nordics with over five years of experience spanning private equity and venture capital investing, board work, and accelerator management. Prior to Redstone, Antto worked at Helen Ventures, investing in energy and climate tech startups across Europe.

Deal Flow Coordinator at FiBAN

As Deal Flow Coordinator at the Finnish Business Angels Network (FiBAN), Magret Jokela manages startup evaluation, screening boards, and flagship events like Pitch Finland. Guiding founders through FiBAN’s evaluation processes and Startup Clinics, she leverages her front-row experience at Kiuas and Hanken to help early-stage companies sharpen their pitch, align with investor expectations, and present compelling investment cases.

Tuomo Veivo is an Investment Manager at Redstone Nordics and co-lead of Redstone’s Blue Economy strategy, focused on maritime and blue economy investments. He brings around 5 years of private equity investing experience, combining venture capital, impact investing and industrial transformation. Prior to Redstone, Tuomo worked at Taaleri Plc with a focus on sustainable energy and bioindustry investments. He supports startups scaling technologies at the intersection of maritime innovation, ocean sustainability and the blue economy.

As CEO of the Finnish Business Angels Network (FiBAN), one of Europe’s largest angel networks, Tiina Laisi-Puheloinen provides executive sparring for growing ventures. Having previously served as CEO of Priceff alongside leadership roles in media companies, Isku Interior, and the Finnish Defence Forces, she combines an entrepreneurial mindset with corporate and defense expertise to help founders refine their strategy, strengthen executive governance, and navigate complex organizational growth.

Mari Kirjalainen serves as the COO of the Finnish Business Angels Network (FiBAN). Overseeing FiBAN’s strategic partnerships and cross-border EU initiatives, she brings deep operational expertise to help founders scale internationally, build high-value partner relationships, and tap into global angel investor networks. Having previously worked in marketing, e-commerce, and startup innovation programs, Mari combines hands-on commercial experience with ecosystem insights to help founders sharpen their value propositions, build effective commercial strategies, and maximize growth opportunities.
